Our beachfront villas overlook Rarotonga’s best beach, Titikaveka. With gentle pristine water and crisp white sand, Titikaveka is an idyllic location for a relaxing tropical getaway. Our guests can enjoy complimentary snorkelling and stand-up paddleboarding in the lagoon or relax on a sun lounger on their private beachfront sun decks while soaking up the peaceful view.

Our intimate size with only 11 villas means we’re able to offer our guests highly personalised service. As well as organising airport transfers, restaurant reservations and advice on how to get around, our team has a wealth of local knowledge to help you get the most out of your stay. They can share personal recommendations ranging from the best spots for a sunset drink, to the most challenging mountain hikes, the most interesting galleries to visit, and places to explore off the beaten track for an authentic cultural experience.

Our Island Luxe Beachfront Villas
We have undergone a huge regeneration project over the last few years including the complete redecoration and modernisation of our Rarotonga villas. Our comfortable luxury villas are a key feature that make us one of Rarotonga’s best places to stay.
In each of our 11 villas we have installed new bathrooms and kitchenettes, and upgraded the interiors to feel elegant and relaxed. The interior styling uses a soft natural colour palette, natural materials, modern Pacific accents and traditional Rarotongan embroidery (tivaevae). A unique addition is that each villa contains a collection of artwork from artists with Rarotongan and Pasifika heritage.
