Our beachfront villas overlook Rarotonga’s best beach, Titikaveka. With gentle pristine water and crisp white sand, Titikaveka is an idyllic location for a relaxing tropical getaway. Our guests can enjoy complimentary snorkeling and stand up paddleboarding in the lagoon or relax on a sun lounger on their private beachfront sun decks while soaking up the peaceful view. Our intimate size with only 11 villas means we’re able to offer our guests highly personalised service. From taking you to and from the airport taking the stress out of traveling, to recommending restaurants and making bookings, to learning what will help each of our guests get the most out of their stay on Rarotonga and offering personal suggestions for places to, eat, visit and explore. Our Island Luxe Beachfront Villas
At MOTU we have undergone a huge regeneration project over the last few years including the complete redecoration and modernisation of our Rarotonga villas. Our comfortable luxury villas are one of our features that makes us one of Rarotonga’s best places to stay. In each of our 11 villas we have installed new bathrooms and kitchenettes, and given the interiors a complete luxury makeover. Their island luxe styling includes a soft natural colour palette, natural materials, modern Pacific accents and traditional Rarotongan embroidery (tivaevae) on the bedspreads and cushion covers. An extra special touch is that each villa contains a collection of artworks from artists with Rarotongan and Pasifika heritage.
